It is mainly suitable for packaging the top and side sides of flexible packaging lithium batteries. The heat is transferred to the head (copper) through a heating tube, and the heat conduction effect is applied to the aluminum plastic film of the lithium battery. Under a certain pressure, the film is heated and softened to approach the melting state to complete pressure bonding and fusion..
Features:
1.The temperature of the head can be adjusted and maintained at a constant temperature through temperature sensing thermocouples and temperature controllers;
2.The sealing edge is firm, the sealing mark is flat and uniform, and the packaging appearance is beautiful. The top and side seals are achieved without changing the mold;
3.Embedded pressure gauge. Can observe and accurately control the size of packaging pressure;
4.Unique safety protection and scald prevention design, saving more than 50% energy compared to similar products.
