Product Introduction:
The stacking process for battery cells, which involves Z-shaped stacking of positive and negative electrodes with separators, is a device that can be applied to the stacking process of lithium-ion battery electrodes. The device adopts an automatic tension control system for isolation membranes, and the cylinder drives the diaphragm to move left and right to achieve Z-shaped stacking. The cantilever design is easy to operate. Compared to manual laminating machines, this equipment has the characteristics of high laminating efficiency, good laminating neatness, and a wide range of applicable battery sizes. It is an ideal choice for research and development sample production and small batch trial production equipment.
