Product Description
The secondary vacuum needle punching final sealing machine is mainly used for vacuum heat sealing of flexible packaging batteries; This machine automatically completes the aluminum plastic film coating of the battery by accurately controlling the vacuum chamber and pneumatic heat sealing components, Vacuum thermal packaging of shells
Features:
1.An electrolyte separation and treatment mechanism for recovering excess electrolyte;
2.Mechanisms or parts in contact with the electrolyte are treated with anti-corrosion treatment to ensure long-term and stable operation of the equipment;
3.The rack is assembled with profiles and sealing plates, with exquisite equipment and a compact and beautiful appearance. Imported bipolar insulation block is adopted, with good insulation effect and no fracture and parallelism bending phenomenon;
4.This machine is equipped with a pressure detector, which prevents the equipment from automatically operating when the pressure,vacuum, and temperature do not reach the set values, ensuring the consistency of the packaging effect of the electrical core.
